A lot of entrepreneurs I come into contact with are creative types. Able to come up with new ideas and design better mousetraps, they see the world and its issues differently and come up with new solutions for problems that often mire others down. Unfortunately, that creative spark can often be stalled once the responsibilities of running a business come to call. The urgent starts to overpower the important. Entrepreneurs get stuck. They stop entrepreneuring (yes it’s a word) and start managing. How can entrepreneurs get unstuck?
