Danny Meyer Eliminates Tipping (But What If You're No Danny Meyer?)

New York restaurateur Danny Meyer announced today that his Union Square Hospitality Group is eliminating tipping entirely, making them the first major U.S. restaurant group to do this. (Other individual players, including Ivar’s, a venerable seafood institution with multiple locations in greater Seattle, have also done the same.)
