This Is What Your Marketing Org Chart Should Look Like (Does It?)

A while back, Zappos created big buzz in the business world by announcing it was getting rid of two things held sacred in corporate America: job titles and org charts. But like most great stories, there’s more here than meets the eye. The famed e-tailer wasn't really getting rid of either of these two things. Instead, it was experimenting with a new way to empower employees to get stuff done, while making sure the org chart didn’t get in the way.
