The Company Turning Death Into Diamonds (Literally)
In 2010, Harry Burl was "domain prospecting" -- looking for domains to purchase and flip for profit -- when he stumbled across the subject of "man-made diamonds" and discovered that man-madediamonds.com was not already registered. He registered it and began researching man-made diamonds in order to figure out what a reasonable asking price would be for the domain. Burl became so enthralled with the subject, that he decided to keep the domain for himself, and six years later he is running one of the most successful man-made diamond businesses in the country -- with a unique twist. He takes funereal ash and hair and turns them into heirlooms.
