Crushing It Via Customer-Centricity: How USAA Insurance Succeeds Without Geckos And Flying Pigs

Animated geckos? Flying pigs? Those are the other guys. USAA Insurance, sans gimmicks and animation and an endless loop of radio and TV commercials, has built one of the most successful insurance and financial services operations of our time And they've done it essentially through a strategy of customer centricity. While there are other strategies for building a successful business, in our era of the customer, being customer-centric is one of the best, and I’d like to recommend it (as, full disclosure, a customer service and customer-centricity consultant) for your consideration.
